 Preston is a powerful leader in the Renaissance Ranch family and has unrelenting compassion and love for those whose lives are impacted by the disease of addiction. He has first-hand experience and can empathize directly with clients, as he was once in their shoes, and he has the unique ability to help others. With many years of experience in sobriety, combined with high level management, Preston is equipped with many specific skills as a leader that make him a very loved and respected member in the Ranch family. His values and morals, honesty, integrity and brotherly kindness reflect those values as well as the treatment approach of Renaissance Ranch.

Colton Morgan

Community Relations Director

Colton first and foremost loves being a husband and a father. As a man in recovery, he takes pride in his ability to have an impact on those who are still suffering from addiction. Colton has had an extensive background in having gone through many treatment centers and working in non-profits previously; having experienced significant lengths in both relapse and recovery, Is someone who’s personal mission statement in congruent with the Prodigal’s mission. Colton is a massive force for good and has and will continue to make a difference in the lives of others.

Jake Ferguson

Donor Relations Manager

Jake is someone who consistently inspires the people around him in how to be a better friend and what a true example of service would look like. Jake is a man in recovery who not only finds fulfillment in being able to show up for addicts and alcoholics who are still suffering but showing up in his personal life for his wife who’s been with him through quite a few ups and downs. After 20 years of treatment and relapse, has been in a significant amount of pain and has been refined to the point that most men wouldn’t live through. Jake has been able to use his experience as a source of strength to help others in their recovery.
